Print

Kendata’s flexible approach to printing means we are able to utilise an array of different printing methods ranging from short run digital work through high volume litho. Whether you require single cut sheets or multiple page booklets, single colour or four colour process, personalisation or precoding, or a combination of the forementioned we can create a tailored solution specific to your budget and requirements. We are also experts in producing work in multiple language variants, including non-standard character-based languages such as Chinese or Telugu. We even support Semitic languages such as Arabic which require reading from right to left (RTL). Whatever your needs Kendata will manage the whole process from printing, inserting, batching into departments or teams, despatching to multiple locations worldwide, tracking your consignments while in transit to ensure a smooth transition and finally informing you when they are delivered and who signed for them.

Scan

Once the completed surveys arrive back at Kendata, each package is booked into our secure system with all the relevant tracking information (Description, Courier, Tracking ID, Date & Time of arrival & quantity). Each package is then securely stored within a ‘Authorised Personnel Only’ area while awaiting to be scanned. All received surveys are then scanned through using our high-speed production scanners. When scanned each page is given a unique identifier which allows for a full audit tracking process throughout by linking the digitally created image to the scanned paper. The images are then analysed and the data captured using our in-house forms processing software. Questionable data is then verified and/or corrected by our trained staff. During this whole process we offer a ‘Secure Online Client Portal’ where you are able to log in and track the progress of the project with the received / scanned counts. If you would like counts for a specific question these can also be displayed within the portal (the portal is updated hourly).

Data

Kendata has the capabilities to capture and digitalize all different types of data (checkboxes, OCR, ICR, barcodes, comment fields, images etc) from the scanned images. The data is then quality tested to a level of 0.04% (99.96% accurate) before being prepared for export. The data is then exported from our secure databases, bespoke to your request. We have the ability to manipulate the data and produce a file which will provide you with the most user-friendly file dependant on your specific needs, this could be an Excel/CSV text file or detailed graphs within a PDF file.
